1. How do I place an order on Graby.pk?
To place an order:
- Browse through our product categories and select the item you want.
- Choose the size, color, or other options (if applicable).
- Click ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’.
- Review your items and click ‘Checkout’.
- Provide your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
- You can also order on whatsapp by clicking the whatsapp button on product page.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer / Third party (EasyPaisa / JazzCash). You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.
3. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order, save your address for faster future checkouts, and view your order history.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your package.
5. How can I track my order?
Shipments within Pakistan are dispatched by Call Courier, Trax, Post Ex, Leopard, M&P.
6. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges may vary based on your location and the size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
7. How long does delivery take?
Typically, orders are delivered within 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for remote areas.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team at support@graby.pk or whatsapp [+92-300-8966099]. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled.
9. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
11. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services to international destinations in the future.
