Adding Items to Your Cart

When browsing our website, click on a product image for detailed information. Some products offer options like size or color. Be sure to select your preferred options from the available choices, then click the ‘ADD TO CART’ or ‘BUY NOW’ button to add the item to your shopping cart.

Whatsapp Ordering Option

There will be whatsapp button option on product page you can also click on that button then after this you can be able to put order on whatsapp.

Viewing Your Cart

Once you add an item, a popup will appear allowing you to either view your cart or proceed to checkout. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page or directly proceed to checkout.

Amending the Quantity in Your Cart

If you want to adjust the quantity of any item in your cart, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the ‘UPDATE’ button. Your cart will be refreshed with the updated order.

Deleting an Item from Your Cart

To remove an item, click the ‘X’ next to the product you want to delete. Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the next steps.

Log Into Your Account

If you already have an account with Graby.pk, log in by entering your email address and password. Follow the steps to complete your order.

Guest Checkout

If you do not have an account, simply follow the prompts to checkout as a guest. You can choose to create an account later if desired. Please note that subscribing to our newsletter or emails does not automatically create an account.

Entering Your Billing and Shipping Details

Next, you’ll be asked to enter your contact and delivery details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Ensure that your email and phone number are correct, then click ‘CONTINUE’ to proceed.

Choose your Delivery Options, then select ‘CONTINUE’.

Payment Options:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with a copy of your order or confirm the order by number or at whatsapp, including the order number, total amount, and product details. You can also pay us by bank transfer or third party payments (eg: EasyPaisa, JazzCash).
