Refund and Return Policy

We believe in building a good relationships with customers and give them a piece of mind while purchasing, so here at graby.pk we accept return and refund request under certain conditions.

Return window and Request Procedure:

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You can initialize and do a request on customer dashboard or by email or whatsApp by sending us a picture of product along with order ID and your desire request.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  • If you received a wrong product and it is not what we mention and showed you at the time of purchase.
  • The items must be unused and in original condition and with tags if the specific item comes with tags.
  • The request must be in 7 days of receiving the item otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • If the items is broken, defective or not functioning, aware us immediately in this conditions.

Conditions for Non eligibility:

  • Requesting after the certain period means at the 8th day of receiving the item. It will be reviewed by the team.
  • Products have been used or damaged by you or are not in the original condition as you received them.
  • If it is change of mind and customer no longer needed the product.
  • If customer return the product without a request and informing the team.
  • If the order is mistakenly placed then there will be deduction of delivery charges whether it will be a free delivery.

Return and Refund Procedure:

  • The product will be replaced or money will be refunded on the request. It will be initiated once the product received back.
  • The replacement and refund procedure will take 3-5 days, please be patient.
  • Costs of return shipping will be paid by buyer.
  • The refund amount will be sent to buyer as buyer wants them to received.
